Borg now supports Google Talk chatback

A new feature is now available on Borg is available! Borg is the software which is responsible for this whole site and it’s based on Ruby On Rails. Check this link for further info. You can now integrate a live chat on your pages using the Google Talk Chatback feature.

Simply go the Google Talk badge creation page , log in with your Google Account and copy the code that the page will produce for you. You then only have to paste it into the borg configuration files ( either config/environments/borg_production.rb or config/environments/borg_development.rb depending on your environment) and you’re done. You’ll then have a fancy chat balloon like the one here below, that will open a googleTalk chat window when clicked.

This features requires the latest SVN version of Borg to work (and, obviously, your working Google account).
