I've found an house!

This afternoon I was out of the office to do a bit of homesearch for an apartment ( the one I’m right now is a temporary one ), and I have finally found the right one! It is located exactly 96 meters away from my desk :D , in an apartment block which is right behind the Google building. Ahh, the nice feeling of waking up at 08:50 AM to arrive in the office by 09:00 AM :-) . This picture is a blurry photo of the inner gardens of the apartment block (as soon as I move in, I’ll post some photos of the apartment itself)

The apartment is quite nice: 4th floor, 1 bedroom, 1 large sitting room + kitchen, balcony, usual equipment ( dishwasher, microwave … ) and leather sofa. And I can actually see four floors packed full of google employees, since my windows are directly in front of the google building ( this also means the four floors of googlers can see me snoring on the sofa). The rent isn’t that nice ( 1300 eur / month ), but quite standard here.

Usual set of photos: the first of the rainbow that appeared yesterday (due to a thankful slice of sun in a whole cloudy and rainy morning). Not yet sure, but I suppose that such rainbow is infringing some trademarks, since I’ve already seen somewhere the combination of red – yellow – blue – green colors … But someone is arguing that colors cannot be patented.

The other one is just a night (blurry) photo of Grand Canal Dock, couple of hundred meters from Google HQ.
